Michael Rogers
VP, Regulatory Services
Mike is originally from Ghana, he served in the United States Marines with two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Mike has been with Dimemetrics since its inception, he holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Towson University in Maryland, and a Master's in information studies from Johns Hopkins University. Mike has almost 20 years of regulatory experience and is an invaluable member of our family at Dimemetrics
Emily Hess
Director
Emily is originally from Sweden, she first joined Dimemetrics two years after its inception and has been one of the cornerstones of our growth. Emily loves the work-life balance at Dimemetrics because this allows her to be a part time soccer coach at a local High school and a volunteer at her church.
Michael Deheer
Senior Manager
Michael is originally from South Korea and was born to an American father stationed in South Korea. Michael's favorite dish is however from West Africa...Jollof Rice, he loves learning about other cultures and has been to 32 countries. Michael is fluent in 5 languages and hopes to retire as a history teacher oneday.
Hailey Ashanti
Compliance Analyst
Hailey also goes by the name of Esi, she is originally from the West African country - Liberia. Her parents fled to the United States to escape the civil war in the late 80's into early 90's. She loves Dimemetrics because she is able to express herself as both African American and African by joining inclusive clubs within the organization

Dimemetrics is an IT professional services firm that offers TPRM as a Service, Client Audits as a Service, Client Inquiry Response Solutions, FedRAMP preparedness, and SOC 1 and 2 preparedness. Currently operating in two countries, Dimemetrics is planning to expand its operations into a third country.
